heyy, is this called advertising/spamming?
Cause the site in the signature can have some useful info on how to lose weight, and it provides you with information where the cost is " the time it takes you to read it".

we don't allow for advertising in signatures... you can use external sources to support information you are giving, but just providing a link, isn't allowed.
