Weight loss in 20 days?

I want to lose weight and tone up before I go on holiday on 5th March. As I will be living at home, I plan to use my parents cross trainer and exercise bike every day until then rather than go to the gym. Do you think I will see a difference in my body after only 20 days?
 
It will be tough for you to see the changes because you get to look at yourself every day. But - after 20 days you might start to notice some clothes start to fit differently. And you will have more energy and stamina too!

You will see a huge difference!!! 20 days is a long time to get your butt into shape, if you go hard core that is, if you just take it easy you will loose only like 4-6lbs but if you kick you butt i see know reason why you wont loose 10...now depends on how heavy you are now and how much you have too loose. if you have like a good 50-100 to loose you will loose more than 10 probably, if you only have like 20 don't expect HUGE losses.
Put your nose to the grind stone and work out hard but you HAVE TO eat smart too!!
