weight loss?help

Hello :)my name is alex and im trying to get six pack abs i had 98 kilos and 1.83 meters now i have 1.84 meters and 73 killos who can tell me if y am fat or no i have posted this picture so pelase tell me oh yeah and on my lower abs its fat or just extra skin?and how can i get rid of it quick and 1 mor ething i eat healty with no fats only boieled etc.

Good advice. You look fine. Weight train and eat right.
 
doing abs will not get you ripped unless you lose the fat around your mid-section. yes, run and do abs and pull ups pushups i'm just generalizing though. Theres more to say about this but I don't have the time.

1. Run
2. Abs
3. pushups
4. whatever else weight training you want
5. eat clean. and i dont think you will have to worry much about how many cals you are taking in as long as it's not over 3,000 I think you'll be fine.

The workout you will be doing is goin to burn alot of calories. So, if you are hungry. That is your body telling you that it is needing that energy for something. So get something to eat but make it clean.

You don't look overweight. I'm not familiar with the metric system, nor can I even understand what you're saying about kilos, meters, etc. Anyways, the only way to make your abs come out is to work hard and eat healthy. Our abs are present, they're just hidden under our layers of fat. To make them show we need to eliminate our body fat and unfortunately we cannot target where our body eliminates fat; so just keep burning that fat and you'll get there sooner or later.
