Ever since I started keeping track of/writitng down everything I eat, boy do I eat less! Especially when I eat out. :D I am QUEEN of the doggie bag (now about Fido's weight . . .)!:eek:

I'm MUCH more likely to drop that donut when I know I'll have to write it down. :( It makes it much easier to notice when and how much you are eating.


PITA? Yeah, but really not that bad. You would be surprised at how fast stuff adds up and how easy it is to opt for mustard (3 cal) over mayo (150 cal). And wheat over white.

This (free) site makes it pretty easy to keep track if you are on the computer during the day.
 
yeah.. fit day is really great, except for the fact that it's a bit confusing
 
another thing you could do is write down what you are feeling when you are eating because you could be eating for other reasons then just hunger. A lot of time our emotions are the reasons for over eating.
