I am on a very low calorie diet under my doctors supervision. I get weigh in every Monday and after 5 weeks, I am down 44 pounds. Most people ask how in the heck is that possible. Well 800 calories a day, and no calories after 1:00 pm. Pretty extreme but I have no choice. I have people telling me about " starvation mode" but so far my body does not seem to care.
Now I did start at 340, and first week down 14 and from there averaging from 5 - 9 lbs a week. Must lose another 55 by June 6. Started battling mental mood swings. Thought some support from people in the same boat might help. Please let me know.
