Well.. she's 53 years old, and still wants to lose about 30 more pounds.
Thanks to me, she lost 30 already - she was nearly 200, and is now at 165. I convinced her to go nearly vegetarian, eat less pasta, and only whole grains/non processed food, etc.
But now she's on a plateau. And her problem is that she has fibromyalgia - a lifelong disease that is not dangerous, but causes her pretty much constant pain in her muscles. She walks with a cane, cannot run, jog, bike, basically she can't do any moderate to heavy physical activty. She can barely lift my old 5 lb weight. So of course, any running, rope skipping, pretty much there is no exercise she can do due to her health problem.
She's 5'1, also. And her diet is already pretty good - she eats the same things I do.
Is there any way for her to lose more weight, without having to exercise a lot? She would look and feel so much better and her illness would be greatly reduced if she was thinner. I want her to feel better. She's not in danger, but she really needs it.
