Weight Loss Exercise

Hi guys, hi hope you are doing well. I am bit healthy(fatty) than i need. I wanna reduce some weight within 2 months. Some of my friends suggested me to go with weight loss pills. but i am bit scared of these pills. I wanna loose in a natural way like some exercise or yoga etc. I wanna know about the best exercise to loose weight.
 
Do not do "DIET PILL". They are just bad. A natual way is to start out slowly doing the exercises you like doing. You should try to eat healthly and have fatty and sugary things once in a while if you reallly crave it bad. CARDIO is your best friend to losing excess weight. Try interval training and curcuit training.
 
sounds like you get the idea that pills are bad news! good for you!! start with reading the stickies around the forum. THere are alot in the 'on topic' section. I know its alot to read, but they are full of good sound info!
 
I thing the best way of weight losing is 30 minutes walk and exercise daily in the morning and eat low fat food . This will b very helpful for losing your weight . You should try this It really works.
 
For Weight Loss, diet pills as the first choice is a bad option. I think firstly you should change your eating habits and do regular exercise this will help a lot to lose weight. But if you are in hurry then you can consult a dietician or Doctor for diet pills.
