Hi,

I am Amit, here for knowledge exchange on weight loss. Currently weighing 210 lbs and want to achieve 170 lbs. So I'm looking diets tips that help me in getting rid of fat around my belly, hips and thighs mainly. I am willing to do workouts too. Tips and suggestions are always welcomed :)
