I lost 13 lbs in 6 weeks since February 19, 2020. This week has been very stressful with courses being online and having pulled an all nighter which ruined the last 3 days. I'm not happy about my diet yesterday, today and possibly tomorrow. Tomorrow is my siblings' birthday and I will be making a lot of special high caloric foods, if I don't eat i will feel deprived so tomorrow will be the last bad day of eating for the next two weeks. I will aim to eat healthy and stay within a 1200 calorie/day diet for 2 weeks starting Friday April 3rd. I will prep my food tomorrow.
