I lost 13 lbs in 6 weeks since February 19, 2020. This week has been very stressful with courses being online and having pulled an all nighter which ruined the last 3 days. I'm not happy about my diet yesterday, today and possibly tomorrow. Tomorrow is my siblings' birthday and I will be making a lot of special high caloric foods, if I don't eat i will feel deprived so tomorrow will be the last bad day of eating for the next two weeks. I will aim to eat healthy and stay within a 1200 calorie/day diet for 2 weeks starting Friday April 3rd. I will prep my food tomorrow.

Please be careful with this type of thinking. You don't have to deprive yourself to lose weight and you don't have to give up any food. You can just eat a little less. Here's a good podcast episode I heard that talks about this kind of thing. Good luck!

Hello, EE! Good to meet you, and very pleasant to hear of a happy occasion in your house - ie your sibling's birthday!
You've made a great start in your weight loss - how much are you planning to lose?
Also - I gather you're a busy and hard-working student - make sure to keep up top-notch nutrition, with all the stresses you're putting on your body (like all-nighters! :D I remember those days - the desperate race to get the paper in by the deadline! ) Be slim, but be healthy!
