Hey All,
I realized about myself that I need to write things down in order to be successful. I started an online weight loss diary. I'm 28 and a new mom. I am also 30-40 pounds overweight. I've already lost 12 pound since I started in January.

I've been doing really well with my working out, but I have a hard time with getting hungry in the afternoon. That's my weak time!
