Hi! I hope Im posting this in the right section, but here is my question. Im 18 years old, 6'1 and currently 214 pounds. About 2 months ago I decided I wanted to lose weight and started at 245. I would say I have made some good progress so far. I did this through eating healthy and running daily on my treadmill. I also lift free weights from time to time. My question is, what are other things I can do at home to help me lost even faster. Im at a point where eating healthy is easy and running is easy. What are other things I can do with this every day to help me lose weight. Thanks in advance and I cant wait for your reply! Have a great day!
