I have a short request and hope someone will help me. Recently I quit smoking( for like 6 months) and now because of that and the fact that I love to eat quite a lot I started getting some weight ( more than I expected).I have to say that I work most of my time on a office in front a computer with no movement at all and that’s why I decided that’s time to do something to lose the extra weight. First of all I start running and second I have to start a diet or something. So if anyone has a piece of advice for me or may be a regime to follow please be my guest and tell me. Thank you !
