Weight Loss Advice as it Relates to Exercise

I'm 31, currently 190 pounds and I'm 5'8 male. I started biking, running, and swimming 4-5 days a week and started eating less calories and try to stick to low fat foods. Over the period of about 2 months I've lost 15 pounds and the method was working great. Now I've been doing the same and haven't lost a single pound in 2 weeks. I realize weight goes up and down and all but now I'm worried I've been eating too few of calories and my metabolism is slowing.

I try to eat around 1700-1800 calories a day (using myfitnesspal) and I'm biking, swimming, or running about 30-40 mins 4-5 days per week. Also, I have a desk job. Is it possible I'm eating too few of calories, or do I need to give it another couple weeks. I'm at a crossroad and don't want to go down the wrong path because when I look at calorie calculators it says I should be around 2000 calories....but when I used myfitnesspal and said i wanted to lose 2 pounds per week it told me 1,750 calories. Any advice?

you have lost 15 lb, well done but have you re calculated your calorie needs at your new lower weight ?

there are always individual differences, including the fact that your calorie needs are also dependent on how much muscle you have and no matter how hard we try the numbers we track are usually out by a little bit. I would suggest dropping calories in small increments over a few weeks to get to the point where you begin loosing again. It is also handy to track bodyfat %

Some people also have good results setting their calorie intake at the calculated value of their goal weight.
