Hi I am a 20 year old man weighing 108kgs (238lbs) at 5”8. I havent been losing weight like I used to. My workout sessions consist of 3 days of Strength training +HIIT and 3 days of 30 min steady state cardio using stationary bike and a single day rest. Given that my calorie intake is lesser than 2200 calories a day, is my workout sufficient? If not pls suggest a training regimen for me to follow. Thanks for your help guys!
