Weight Loss 20 year old

Hi I am a 20 year old man weighing 108kgs (238lbs) at 5”8. I havent been losing weight like I used to. My workout sessions consist of 3 days of Strength training +HIIT and 3 days of 30 min steady state cardio using stationary bike and a single day rest. Given that my calorie intake is lesser than 2200 calories a day, is my workout sufficient? If not pls suggest a training regimen for me to follow. Thanks for your help guys!
 
The prime thing you need to look at is your actual diet, you cannot exercise away a poor diet.

As you loose weight your calorie needs are reduced so if you have been loosing for a while then stall then it is time to recalculate.
