weight loose

Don't really think there is an easy way. If you can workout then workout. also eat better and less calories.

Nothing beats the old school exercising and dieting when it comes to weight loss. Make sure to eat healthy and in small portions and exercise regularly. Plus drink lots of water. If this still doesn't help you lose weight, try Liproxenol. I took it when I couldn't shift my weight despite exercising and dieting. It turns out that I have a problem with my thyroid. Thankfully, this pill worked wonderfully. I immediately noticed a decrease in my appetite without making me feel sluggish. And I've been losing weight since then.

I would suggest that people never consider using drugs to enhance their weight loss of their own volition. Drugs of any kind often lead to unhappy side effects.

People should eat a healthy diet at the right calorie level and exercise.

If they do not lose weight they should initially check on a forum such as this for ways of improving things. If they cannot get things moving with general advice (coming from the experience of others) - they should consult their GP in order that medical conditions may be identified and treated.

A person with thyroid problems or indeed any health effecting problems should have this identified by a GP and an appropriate treatment and plan for weight loss can then be prescribed. There may be other health risks that they are not aware of or more appropriate treatments available. We should not self-medicate.

I would no more suggest that you used her Liproxenol than I would suggest that you had her thyroid medication or that you had medication that had been prescribed to me for a health condition of mine.

I agree with omega drugs is not the way. Suppressing appetites is not good as you are depriving your body. Healthy weight loss is not about depriving but by changing eating habits, as even if you reach your goal, if you revert back to your ld eating habits, won't be long before you are back to square one.
When you decide you want to loose weight, yo are making a life changing decision, i.e to not come back where you are currently. This means once goals have been reached you then need to maintain. Thats can be the hard part for some people. I think this is more about will power and mind sets. If you are determined to loose weight you will, but what people forget about is that habits need to permanently change to maintain a healthy weight.
