My current diet is only giving me 3000+ calories, and since I'm seriously bulking at the moment, that just wont do the job.
I'm finding it impossible to bump those calories up. Not because I can't eat more, hell, I'm always hungry, 10 min after having a HUGE meal, I want more food. It's because it's costing WAYYY too much money.
Saying that, would it be a good idea for me to be using a weight gainer? To take after a workout, that will supply me with 2000 calories. Bumping my intake up to 5000 a day, just a little over my goal (4500).
