Sport weight gain

I have a very high metabolism and I want to gain around 40 lbs
cause i'm 6'2" and weigh 140
so what would be good foods to eat
I was thinking of 2k calories a meal
would it help if I ate the meals at the same time every day
also what ratio for carbohydrates to protein cause do carbs turn to muscle after a while
 
Well... you're trying to gain 40lbs, but not in fat, so.. are you doing any lifting?
 
2000cals a meal? 12,000 calories a day? or did you know that you need to eat 6 times a day?
In fact, really high metabolism, you might want 7 meals, or 6+ a snack.
