Weight GAIN help!

I'm about 5'2", in my early 20's and I weight around 100 lbs maybe a bit less unfortunately. I used to weight around 115 in high school and I don't know what happened or why I've lost weight? I have a healthy appetite and I eat, but I can't seem to put on a little weight. I'd like to be around 105 maybe a bit more. Any suggestions on HEALTHY ways to put on a little weight? Recently I've been looking at weight gain/bulking up powders, would that work or is that just for guys? Any info would be much appreciated!

High calorie healthy food: Nuts, whole grain pasta, brown rice, sweet potatoes, oats, milk, dried fruit

As far as weight gainers, most are filled with processed sugars. I use Cytogainer which isn't-it contains all complex carbs (complex maltodextrins from corn hybrids)

It seems like you want to put on only 5 lbs so try doing a little weight training to tone up while building muscle. Remember to eat more calories than you burn and follow the basic muscle gaining technique. Btw, in 10 yrs, you will wish that you have this metabolism now!!!

Definately Sweet Potatoes. I had a spell when I was eating them like crazy and put on 10 lbs in about two weeks. Now I'm low carb'n it and avoid them like the plague.

P.S. Ton's of full fat sour cream and real butter-I sure miss them.
