So, I've been actively training since January (nothing too strenuous as I have exams). I started out at 206.5 lbs and am now 196.2 lbs. Actually, I've been struggling off of 194-195. I got as far as 191.3 or so, and then my weight went back up. And I don't understand why. I've eaten healthy foodstuffs, and should have been losing weight.
The only thing I can see is that it's that time fo the month; although I have been controlling my cravings etc etc.
This is incredibly frustrating
I want to be at least 160 by July, and this so not working.
Any tips/ ideas on what's going on?
