Weight control should be a lifestyle

Hello all,
I am very impressed with the quality of the concerns in this forum. As a new member, I wish to say hi to everyone and look forward to learning from others as well as sharing what I have learned about weight loss over the years.
To begin, there are two primary components, quantity and quality of foods consumed and level of physical activity. Of course, there is also the emotional component which determines how well we are able to control the two main components successfully. Remember, weight control is not just a one time deal; it's a lifestyle. Try to learn as much as you are able to which I imagine most of the members here are doing and eventually with the right mindset we should all be able to achieve our weight control goals.
