i wish to know how i can predict and know how many weight im goin to lose this week by these numbers.

i always wanted to know this for years

really wish anyone have an idea plz help <3

I think you mean you are eating 2500-2700 calories/ day? not week.

If your BMR is 2400, and you are burning 800 calories, that is a net usage of 2400+800 or 3200 calories/ day. If you are eating 2600 (on average) per day, that is a 600 calorie/ day deficit. Times 7 = 4200 calories per week you are getting a net loss of.

Since there are 3500 calories in a pound of fat, that means that you should lose about 1 pound, to 1.25 pounds/ week.

This is all hypothetical. It's impossible to take in all the factors that influence biology and physiology. I had a net deficit of 7000 calories one week and gained 2 pounds. Even if I was off by 100 percent, I should have stayed the same weight... 2 weeks later, I lost 5 pounds from that +2 peak. That doesn't mean I had a net calorie deficit of 17500 calories haha.. that would just be crazy

As Melancholy said, it's all hypothetical. Assuming everything else is equal (it's not- everyone's bodies are different) and you can calculate your calories eaten/ burned absolutely correctly (I don't think anyone can, but there's still more and less accurate ways of working them out), and you don't have issues like water retention (which can be caused by too much sodium), a 3500 calorie deficit from your maintenance calorific needs (so 500 a day) will result in a loss of a pound (a kilogram=2.2lb) a week.

It's just a guide. See how it goes for a couple of weeks, and if you're not losing as you expected to, change the calories around a bit and see what it does.
