Weight and starting supplements.

I weigh 165 from 245 last year and have lost a lot of fat and muscle but have been thinking about putting some muscle back on, im thinking of starting to use creatine but will that boost my weight from 165 cus i would like to remain there or is that impossible if i want to gain muscle!?

just lift and lots of protien. The creatine will give you mass and more weight

If you begin building muscle, you will gain weight. 175 is as healthy as 165 with the same or lower body fat percentage. Not too mention, the more muscle you put on, the easier it will be (providing you eat clean and exercise) to keep the fat away. Creatine is more for muscle performance than size, even though the extra water your muscle stores due to the creatine gives the illusion of size. For actual muscle growth, use creatine to boost your workouts, and protein for recovery.

so for my weight and to eat cleanly would i say take in 2000 calories or 3000 calories i hear a lot of mixed opinions on still taking in less or taking in more ?

whats your age and height? Using 6 foot for a height, 25 for age, and a moderate activity scale, to maintain you should eat 2800 calories a day. If your age and height is close to this, eat 3300 calories a day. This should net you a 1 lb gain of muscle a week providing you keep your protein intake high enough.

try to take in 1 gram per lb of body weight.
