can anyone tell me how often is a good idea to weigh in? i've heard that weighing in everday can be a good motivator because knowing you'll be stepping on the scale each morning keeps it fresh and helps you make good choices, but on the flipside, i've heard that weighing in everyday encourages things like eating and compulsive exercise disorders. i'm sure that in the end it is a personal preference thing, i was just wondering what everyone else thinks and how it works for them. thanks so much!!
