Ran for 40 minutes this morning. Not a jog but a run and at really good pace for me about 4 1/2 miles. I'm hoping to do a 50 minute 10k in May. I felt really good afterwards.

Dont know why it got back to 80 again today, probably some bloating or somethin, coz god knows i havent been cheating
Okay well I've been gone a while mainly pissed because i wasn't losing any weight... but that was about two weeks ago.. This week I got serious and started losing weight again.
