215 still

Ran for 40 minutes this morning. Not a jog but a run and at really good pace for me about 4 1/2 miles. I'm hoping to do a 50 minute 10k in May. I felt really good afterwards.
 
Start weight for March = 164 lbs
March 2nd = 164 lbs
March 9th = 160.8
March 16th = 159.8
March 17th = 159.2
March 23rd =
March 30th =

Goal weight at the end of March:156 lbs

80kg today! (176lbs)
79kg yesterday (174lbs)
Dont know why it got back to 80 again today, probably some bloating or somethin, coz god knows i havent been cheating :(

its been a while

Okay well I've been gone a while mainly pissed because i wasn't losing any weight... but that was about two weeks ago.. This week I got serious and started losing weight again.

214lbs!

I only need to lose half a pound this week to halfway to my goal. Very excited. I can see breaking below 210lbs soon.
 
After my break with having shoulder surgery, i am now back.
