Thank God.. I thought I was gonna have to say I gained weight on weigh in day, but noo. Only lost .4 pounds this week but I'm still happy about that.

I used to weight myself every day. I was at 140lbs to start then I went down to 139, 138, 137...130 then I stopped weighting myself to 3 months. I was still losing weight but when I got back on the scale I was at 135. I freaked out because I didn't see the connection between being thin and gaining weight until I was told by a trainer that muscle weights more....anyways thanks for the info, being a pet doc doesn't really help with weight loss :)
But I am happy that I am fit, thats all that matters to me.:cheers2:
