My husband told me it was bad to weigh myself everyday because I would get myself discouraged. I told him that I had to because it was just something I needed to do. He said he was going to hide it if from me. I told him I'd start hiding his cigarettes. This morning I weighed 219 lbs. I am very happy. I'm averaging a 2-3 pound weightloss every week. I have a smile on my face every time I get on the scale and it will be a bigger smile when I get below 200. I love this club!!

08/11/08 - Well sucks for me that weight fluctuates during "certain times of the month" I gained two pounds. But I'm not stressing. I know those pounds will disappear in a few days.
