Is this ok to take for begginers?

also planning to start taking centrum performance.

Ive made a 3Lb gain since i started the gym on tuesday.

btw. i take this because of the low carbs and low sugar, i'm diabetic.
 
Most whey powder is low in carbs. Many people prefer Optimum Nutrition, which is about the same price. I think it has a lower fat count as well. If you're dead set on this one, looks alright to me.
