I always weigh myself on Saturdays. So far this is how this month has gone.


August 6= 215.5 lbs.

August 13=215.5 lbs.

August 20=216.5 lbs.

August 27-------------------


I have been weighing myself every Saturday since the first of the year. My goal is to get down to 130 lbs. At the first of the year I weighed 204 lbs. Then I moved my mom in with me. After that I started gaining the weight on. It was the stress of having her live with me. She had a stroke so she can't take care of herself anymore. Now that she lives in a nursing home I can finally get my weight under control.
 
AAugust 6= 215.5 lbs.
August 13=215.5 lbs.
August 20=216.5 lbs.
August 27=210 lbs. (old scale, need to get a new one)

I weighed myself this morning because I forgot to weigh myself yesterday. When I got on it the scale it said i lost 17 lbs in 1 week. I knew that wasn't right so I changed the batteries. I got on it again and this time it said that i lost 6 lbs. That is better then 17 lbs. But still I am going to get a new scale.

I see that I have gained 3.5 lbs. I didn't do much this week. I knew some how that I didn't lose anything. I have to get my game back on. I feel off the wagon this week but I'm right back on it. I think it went down when I went to my friends baby shower last week. But that's ok. I'm going to have to make a workout plan that works with my work schedule this week. There are 2 days that I work late so I might not work out on those days but I can work out on the other days. Plus I always pick up hours at work so I will see what happens.

Sept 17=211.5 (wow, I'm surprised I lost something. Been on steroids all week from my doctor.)
Sept 24=..............

Went to the hospital last week for an asthma attack. Was put on steroids for a week. They made me so hungry. I'm really stoked that I lost something.
