Ok, everyone. This week is coming to an end. I'd like to set up another Motivation Challenge for next week. I'm hoping to get some more people to join so we can keep each other going! If there's anything you'd like to see for this challenge, please post! I'd like to keep the challenges universal so that everyone can join! :)
 
Hey Misty, you know I'm in. :) I do have to say though, the goals last week were much too hard in my opinion. I could barely do these. I wasn't able to do them today (Friday) because my abs are sore. So yeah, way too hard. But I could be wrong, let's see what other members have to say. I think food and water goals are the best to have perhaps. You know, drink this much water. Eat this many servings of fruits and veggies. I don't know.. :p But, I'm in. I'll get a weigh in tomorrow.
 
I hear ya! It was trial and error on that one. I liked the idea of setting exercise goals, but if I try it again, I'll have to make it alot different!

Ok, so no one has posted yet, so I'll just set up a new challenge and hopefully we'll get some people to join.

Mon. = Drink at least 64 oz. water
Tues. = Serving of fruit with breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Wed. = 5 servings of veggies
Thurs. = 45 minutes of cardio
Fri. = try a new exercise or cardio machine

How does this sound?? I'm new at this so suggestions or changes welcome!!! :)
 
Those sound cool and I'll try them all. Though I messed up Monday already. :(

Also, weigh in is 188. Goal - 184 :eek:
 
Ocire - 188 lbs.
Somesaymisty - 179.6 lbs.
LittleFootA - 184 lbs.

Can I flip Tuesday and Wednesday? As I was journaling today I realized I only had fruit for breakfast, but had lots of vegetables......
I'll get the hang of this sooner than later.

By the way, I really don't like to drink water, but yesterday I made a conscious effort to drink 64 oz AND DID IT!!! It wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be.
 
Alright, I had fruit with all my meals! :) An apple with breakfast, a few things with lunch, and a banana with dinner. Todays challenge is going to be a toughy! :p
 
GH, all you have to do is try to meet the objective for the each day. We try to set up goals that'll keep us eating right and exercising!

I had all of my fruit yesterday and already have 3 servings of veggies for today. I feel like I'm cheating though. I'm a vegetarian! :D

Lol, Misty. Well, I only managed to get down two servings of vegetables. But that's because I ate a pickle, which is 2 servings. I had plenty of fruit though. :p
