Hi all
Congratulations to everyone, I have been lurking on this board for some time and have done a couple of posts, great to read everyones success stories and keep those recipes coming its fantastic to get some new ideas.
Just wondering does anyone have the same problem as me, I have a very busy job during the week so I like to sleep on weekends, sometimes i dont get out of bed for breakfast until 10am or even later as you can imagine with 5 hours break in between meals thats a very late day.
I have completed the program but have gone back onto it to lose the few kilos I gained whilst overseas, I do well during the week but the weekends just bugger me up totally.....I cant seem to shift these kilos.
Ive tried setting an alarm to wake me up at 7-8am have breakfast then go back to sleep but thats almost impossible on a full stomach.....if anyone has similar experiences I would love to hear about it and what they do.
