Website and question

I don't know if anyone's used - but it's great.

I've been jogging the same route:

for about 3 weeks now - it's exactly 2 miles (1 mile up hill) and my usual time is about 18 minutes. I'm looking to lower my body fat from around 15% to 9 - 10%. I eat right and do this run every night, religiously. Should I increase the distance now (after 3 weeks) or keep working on my time until I can sail through this 2 miles and then increase the distance?

Any advice would be great:)

After 3 weeks, you can increase the distance or increase your pace, but not both.
 
Not promoting the site

I'm not promoting the site, I only found it a couple of days ago and wondered if any one else used it. I think it's great.
