Hi everyone I am 43 years old and I wanted to lose just over 30lbs of body fat I have struggled with this weight all my life and now that I am in my 40's losing weight isn't as easy as when I was in my twenty's, anyone else feel that way? Anyhow I decided that this time I would like some company on my weight loss jouney and not do it alone, be accountable to someone else other than myself, to know that someone else is trying to be a healthier and fitter person, because in my household no one needs to lose any body fat, my sister who does need to lose body fat is happy with herself and does't like change, she gets huffy when you talk health. So that is why I thought to join this group because I didn't want to feel so alone any more on my weight loss journey. So I hope you all don't mind but I would like to come in here daily with the ideal that I can share with you all if I had done a workout and ate healthy for the day or not and you to please? Would you all mind that? So assuming you don't mind(I hope that you don't mind) I did a 30 min. full body training with exercise bands and I ate really healthy today. Did you all do a workout or eat right today? Please share.PLLEEEAAASSEE join me here okay?

Well here I am by myself but I am still going to write this down as a goal so here it is- I just did a awesome workout today I did Charlene extreme fat-burn challenge(that has burbees, jumping jacks, skip roping intervals with not so high impact but high intensity none the less) that was 33 minutes and then I did 10 minute solution ball workout the core so I did 43 minutes yesss!

I took a week and a half off from training last week and got back started again today. Perhaps a bit too hardcore after the rest, so I'm probably going to be sore tomorrow... :)

But it felt pretty good. The week off got me 'fresh'.

Feel free to share, gator, that's what the forum is for, right?

You said you ate really healthy... If you want, you can share so people can give you tips to make sure you're on the right track?

Anyway, keep it up!
