Wats up

Wats up every1 i was looking around this forum b4 i signed up and after skimming through it i decided that i would sighn up and get advice. I don really know wat to say, im 16 and weigh 220lbs(about) and im basically looking to loose some body fat since im already happy with the ammount of weight i can lift. I just basically want to get more defined espically with my abs.

hey Chris welcome...just remember u cant spot train...so ull have to exercise ur whole body.
