hey im new here my name is Tyler. im here to lose some pounds. lemme say some stuff about me im 6" 280 pounds and looking to lose about 75. i go to the gym Ballys atleast 4 times a week for about 1 1/2 hours. i do about 400 cals in cardio then do whight lifting. i have lost 5 pounds so far so i guss only 70 to go :) . im on homestudies if you dont know wat that is then i will tell ya its just where u go see ur teacher 1 time a week for about an hour he gives u books and pakets of work to finish in that week. its my first time doing it and im basically board. . . :mad: . so just hoping to get some tips on how to lose the pounds fast and how to keep it off. im also a really friendly guy so if u need to talk just ask me whats up.
 
Hey Tyler, glad to have you here! It sounds like you are off to a great start as far as exercising goes =) have you changed up your food intake at all yet? Sometimes we can lose the most weight just by adjusting our eating habits a bit. Good luck man, we hope to hear great stories of success from you!

And don't get too bored doing home schooling! Do you have any cool hobbies to keep you busy?
