Water

Hi, I have heard different opinions about this so I would like to know what you guys think.

Is it better to drink water while exercising or after finishing the workout (cycling, weight, etc)?

I usually sip water throughout the workout.

I find that if I gulp too much down that I get rather nautious.
 
great, thanks, I used to drink after the workout but 2 months ago I changed for during the workout, but still had the doubt

Make sure you're sufficiently hydrated beforehand, take small sips during exercise, and make sure to adequately drink afterwards as well (to replace lost fluid).
