Sport water

so i have heard online here that drinking a lot of water a day will make you thinner...but when i drink a lot of water i feel soooo bloated? what are your thoughts?

Drinking alot of water wont mean much if your diet isn't in good shape and aren't doing any exercise. So make sure all that is intact.

As far as the bloating it takes awhile to get used to all that water. Its a temp situation. Here is a response to water intake if you care to read it.

Very good answers.

As for the warm/cool, I can't imagine drinking water at room temp. I get mine out of the dispenser on the fridge door so it's cold. Besides that, I live about 3 feet above hell, it's rather warm here and warm water just doesn't sound right at all. (we consider 40degrees really really cold).

Drinking a ot of water doesn't exactly make you thinner. Drinking enough water to adequately hydrate your body (which means drinking more water than most people do) can help the pituitary gland function properly, which means more fat may be metabolized. It also means the kidneys can do their job. When they can't, they dump their workload on the liver, which then metabolizes LESS stored fat.

Drinking more water should not make you more bloated. Actually, it should make you hold less water. So just keep drinking. Your body will probably get used to it. :)

This is without a doubt, very karmic. Here's an article that was cited on my main site not too long ago:
