Sport water question

do you think it would be smart for me to purchase a water purifyer thing to put on my sink. we usualy buy gallon jugs of water and they're gone by the end of the week. we live on our own well so i donno if the water is clean enough to drink daily or not.

ive been drinkin faucet water for years! and im still alive! :) i like to think of it as mineral water lol , nah , but water perifiers are kewl toO :)

Theres been a post on how faucet water is as good as bottle water. Due to all the purifications it goes through, but depending on where you live.. the only kind of water I would be against is nasty well water. A water purifier is not a bad investment. You'll notice a differance in taste, not that its bad or anything.. but I think it does taste a bit better. If I can find the thread I'll post it up.

to be honest, i cant tell the difference between faucet and tap water when its cold. goes down just the same. as to warm water.. . well . . . who drinks warm water anyway?

:p

depends, your well water could be contaminated by fertilizer runoff, which the right filter could help.

best bet, have your well water tested. its probably fine, hell it could be better than city 'purified' tap water.

thx for all the replys. i dont realy like the taste of it to much, but i think maybe a purifyer could maybe make it taste a tad bit better.once again, thx for the replys

I like the taste of purified water - but after seeing a couple of TV shows on the subject, I'm convinced it's all in my head!

a simple Brita/Pur carbon filter will remove a lot of flavors and odors from water, and are cheap.
