Water Fasting For Weight Loss

Hello Everyone,
I knew about the dangers of water fasting for weight loss. I did water fasting for one week. And the result is amazingly insane. I had gained huge weight loss within one week. But the terrible things happen when I found I've lost my memory power. Trust me It's a dangerous decision to do water fasting for weight loss. I don't recommend to anyone. I'm the alive sufferer of this. But you may fast for 15 hours then take nutritious food. It's a healthy way of doing fasting for weight loss. But not for more than one month.

What do you guys think about this? :patriot: I'm :newbie:
 
I agree with you totally. Long-term fasting is dangerous.
 
This may be the weirdest thing i have ever heard of in terms of weight loss. You need water to live! Drink up! Most likely, the only thing you lost was water weight anyway.
