And I have a sport bottle that has the ounces on it, so I know how much water I'm getting. I was drinking around 60 oz a day or more. I quit drinking so much water when I started bloating! I start again and give it a few days.
Hehe yeah, I know it's no problem to drink water when I'm thirsty, what I was asking is, is there an easier way to drink the required amount of water, even when I'm not thirsty? As in, on a day that I'm less active? Say I go swimming or to the gym, I'll go through a litre of water straight away no problem. But on another "off" day (as in no gym or swimming), I find it hard to drink even 500mL of water. What can I do there? I simply don't get thirsty enough!Joey007 said:if ur thirsty, drink... btw. water helps decrease your chance of getting zits, because it replenishes your skin ^^
