ok well i wasnt sure where to post this but i am about to start a work out program with one of my friends and ive looked around the net for some info on muscle milk and creatine and from my understanding so far is that you take creatine on a empty stomach before you work out and 5g is the dose. and Muscle Milk is something you take after a workout or b4 dinner and b4 bed. im probly completely wrong but thats why im here so i can get some help and do it right the 1st time. id like to hear from some one that knows about this stuff because i dont know much about it. if this helps anyone any, im 17 ad in high school i go to school from 7-3 and from 3-5 i have marching band practice and from 5:30 or 6-7 is when i would like to do my workout. could anyone help me get like a routine goin with the supplements, any help is great, sorry if i sound like i have no idea about anything, cuz i dont lol. i jsut know i want to get into better shape.
