Sport Warm milk

kind of pointless question but as i don't think anyone's asked it before, is milk just as good for it casiene content (before bed) when its hot (been boiled)?
 
I have nver considered the question cause i prefer cold milk to warm milk.

but from common sense i think boiling should damage some of the protein molecules. so i recommend cold.
 
yeah now that he says something, if you see steam coming off it, then that means something is leaving the milk. so...

The steam could just be the water content though. I wonder where the whole thing about warm milk making you sleepier comes from.
