Hi all! For most of my life I have been overweight. About seven or eight years ago, I lost about 70 or 80 lbs. with just exercise (starting at walking for 30 minutes a few days a week. Eventually leading to running for an hour, four or five days a week) and trying to cut out certain things from my diet (going out to eat as much, pop, and other things). No drastic or fad diets or anything crazy.
About five years ago, I stopped excercising because my one ankle started bothering me. Since then, I have gained the weight back. And haven't been able to get back in a routine of exercise. I'll exercise a week or two, and for whatever reason, I can't keep motivated to keep it up. Hopefully, I can find the motivation to lose weight again and to keep it off.
