Hi I'm 14 and I way about 140 and my max bench is 125 and I'm in eighth grade I need to increase my bench press alot for 9th grade football season. Id like to bench 165 by the time summer is over I go to a gym frequently and here is what I do.. 95 6 times.. 115 four times.. And 125 two times and I do some other exercises while I'm there bu that's what I do for bench and I also incline and decline .. Any help/ comments would be appreciated thanks!
