I am looking for a weightloss buddy. I hadn't weighed myself in more then a year, and last weekend I stepped on the scale for the first time to find that I weigh a little less then 140 lbs. The biggest part of this, is that I am only 4'10" so all the weight shows on me. I have experienced some health problems, which I believe are a side effect of my unhealthy weight. I am looking to lose weight, through counting calories, and eating healthy foods, rather then fast food or processed food, and through maintaining/increasing the amount of exercise I do daily. I am 17, and a full time student, as well as working - so I find it hard to maintain any sort of plan for myself. Anyone got anything in common with me? Send me a message and we can help each other!
