I'm 14 I have been told i am skinnny but I'm about average. I'm 53kg(117lb) and I'm 5'8. I got hardly any muscle in my arms I can do twenty pushups in a row. I can do 100 situps but I need some sort of program or arrangement other wise i have no motivation to work out. I'm a big eater and I'm always hungry I love all foods so eating proteen isn't a problem. I got waits at my house (2kg) but apart from that my work out can be done at home or out side. I play during the recess with my friends basketball.
could someone give me an idea of where to start and how much to do... if I start something I tend to finish it so I don't think I'll give up and I'm ready to work hard to achieve my goal.
