Alright, tomorrow and until friday I'm going to canada and I'm staying at a hotel with the family so we can go to Niagra falls (and on the way back Cooperstown ) but we're going to be eating out at restaurants every day. I won't be able to eat my regular foods because of this (i.e. egg whites, chicken breasts, protein shakes) so what kind of foods should I focus on ordering to minimize this problem?
