I currently weigh 95kg's (hight 5ft 8") and would love to lose lots of it. I have just joined a gym and plan on working out as often as i can to shed these pounds!
Yesterday i ran at speed 11 for 25 minutes on and off which was very hard for me to do but i pushed myself to do it. I have lots of time after 5pm so i can make and plan to goto the gym as often as possible, could any of you recommend a pure fitness/FAT burning workout for me to do? i realise this weight isnt going to shift straight away but i would like to move it a quick as i possibly can. I eat healthy, lots of meat and veg and dont really drink alcohol all that often, maybe a once evey 2 weeks or so.
What exercises should I do?

Do a combination of cardio, weight training, toning and stretching.

Do cardio for about 30 minutes each day, whether its running or walking fast. Weight training will build muscle so therefore your metabolism will increase so more calories are burnt. Toning work such as stomach crunches will just help to make those areas more defined and the stretching will help joints etc.

Good luck!!

According to your height, ur weight can be controlable with excersie, but control on your diet. can u write here ur diet detail.

Don't give gap in your exercises.

Hi!
You will want an exercise program that includes cardio vascular exercise, strength training, and flexibility training. Each aspect is important for overall fitness and will help you burn calories. A variety of cardiovascular exercise is good. You can include some long, slow state sessions, some short, fast sessions, and some intervals. For strength training free weights and body weight exercises are superior to machines. It's very important to make sure you are hitting each msucle group and not over working some and underworking others. It's also important to learn about proper form. For this reason it may be wise to work with a professional. Flexibility training could include yoga, pilates, or just thorough stretching sessions.

Keep in mind that proper nutrition is key to weight loss. Let me know if I can help.

You might also want to take a look at the HIIT (high intensity interval training) approach to cardio, where you run at all out speed for a short burst, then walk for a few minutes, before taking another burst, etc - try a search engine for more on HIIT. I don't use it personally, as I enjoy jogging with my dog too much - but its often recommended as a way of maximising weight loss and muscle growth.
