Glad you found it useful! Yeah, it suggested that I up my to take at least 400 IU Vitamin E and at least 1200 mg Vitamin C per day and that I should take 400mg of it 3 times a day as most of it goes down the drain when you urinate so this this very useful info, eat fish 2 times or more per week, eat more "flavanoids" and drink tea at least once per day other than that, it says my current choices are fine which is a great confidence booster.
I'll tell you all, I still cannot believe how accurate this program is, I know it's accurate because I had pinpointed some of these things and had intended to make these changes prior to finding out about this. I'll give you 2 perfect examples of just how accurate this program is, one, my "real age" which it calculated is what everyone thinks I am and two, I had mentioned to my wife 3 weeks ago that I need to get Vit C for the cold season that is approaching becuase I usually get 2 or 3 colds per year and when I do, sometimes the cold lasts longer than it should so how did this program know that I do need to increase my Vit C intake when it did not ask me any questions at all relating to "colds"? See what I mean?
p.s. Christina, the email options from this site is very helpful becuase it reminds you every once in a while to do certain things and it keeps updating and adjusting your plan for you as you go along, I don't get a flood of emails from the site nor does it solicit you for anything so I would recommend that you use the email option if possible.
