I am in need of advise on how to get my self back into shape after a freak fall whith breaking my leg and four ops plus being on crutches for eleven months and a further six months learning to walk again. Due to this my weight has gone to 190 kilo.
As a 50 year who's ran 13 half marathons around the 1 hour 40 min mark, cycled 60 miles plus aweek and a former FA coach.
The plates in my right leg stop me from running mainly because the top couple of inch are not screwed to my shin and vibrates and the bottom is screwed to my ankle joint restrict movement.
I presently train with bands. I am wanting to buy some free weights for home use. Which would you buy a set of dumbbell's or kettles.
