Want to get fitter! :)

Hey im 16 years of age and im playing for a football (soccer) team atm and i need to be fitter for it. I would also like to tone my body up see definition in my muscles etc. ANY Help WILL be appreciated!! :). I would also like cleaner skin :D Not that im mud dirty :p.

Some Stats:

Age:16
Sex:Male
Weight:128lb
Height:5'8

Sports: Football for my team, Training on Tuesdays and Fridays for 1-1.30 hours each session.

Diet: My diet is pretty **** tbh with ya lol. I dont eat anything healthy really rarley eat fruit and i hate most vegetables atm lol. Pretty bad i no. I love fruit its just ive got a tendancy to go into the fridge and grab a chocolate bar or go into cupboard and get some crisps.

I have a multigym in my garage aswell as a bench press. Very similiar if not the same as this one.

Ive also got weights and an ab roller. So i got quite alot of things to get me going.

You must always eat 5 or more fruit or veg per day, but dont for one second think that fruit will balence out having a choc bar when you could be eatting something healthy.

Are you gong to change your diet?
If you are then we will all be happy to help you as much as we can. But if you not then your just waisting our time.

I know it sound crule, and I'm sorry, But I dont want to spend time helping you if your not going to help yourself.

Are you from the UK?
 
Yes i agree i dont want to waste youre time at all. Yes i will change my diet as long as i like the foods :p. Yeah im in the UK :)
 
Have a read thru the links on my signature and see if you understand it all.

Then come back here and write up yourself what exactly you plan to do.
I'll have a look over it to see if its ok.
